This Privacy Policy describes how Rivvn, Inc. (“Rivvn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at rivvn.co or our forthcoming application (collectively, the “Service”). Rivvn is currently in pre-launch. This policy will be updated before public launch and as our practices evolve.

What We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your name
• Your self-identified relationship to cancer (patient, survivor, caregiver, prevention-focused, clinician, or other)

We do not collect:

• Phone numbers, addresses, or location data on the marketing site
• Health information, medical records, or diagnoses on the marketing site
• Payment information until our application launches

When our authenticated application launches, additional data collection will be governed by an updated Privacy Policy and a separate consent flow.

How We Use It

We use waitlist information solely to:

• Send you early access details when Rivvn launches
• Communicate with you about Rivvn’s launch and product updates
• Understand the demographics of our future user base in aggregate

We will not:

• Sell your information to anyone
• Share it with advertisers, insurers, or employers
• Use it to train third-party AI models
• Send you unrelated marketing communications

How We Protect It

Your information is stored on healthcare-grade infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We follow the principle of minimum necessary collection — we ask for only what we need.

Your Rights

• Request that we delete your information at any time
• Unsubscribe from any communications using the link in any email we send

For users in California, the European Union, or other jurisdictions with specific privacy rights, you have additional rights under applicable law. Contact privacy@rivvn.co to exercise them.

Children

Rivvn is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact privacy@rivvn.co immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this Privacy Policy as Rivvn evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members.
